Class Schedule
We take pride in using a personal approach to scheduling for new students. New students are automatically enrolled in classes necessary for their major and are asked to rank their preferences among General Education class options

Home Away from Home
Take a look at our Residence Halls and Meal Plans. Please be ready to make your choices when you complete the New Student Form Below in Step Two:

​Housing Assignments will be distributed through The Housing Director. Be sure to check your student email after filling out the New Student Form for instructions on how to use the housing software.  

 
 

Code of Conduct
All students are required to understand our policies and proceedures that is located within our Waynesburg University Code of Conduct. You will need to sign off that you have reviewed this information on the New Student Form in Step Two.

Medical Forms - All Students 
Maintaining a healthy campus community is important to us. Please print the Medical Forms, take them to your doctor's office and return them to Student Development as soon as possible, but no later than January 1st for Spring enrollment and July 31st for Fall enrollment.
Athletic Medical Forms
Check out the numerous options to compete in Athletics and, if interested, contact the head coach of that sport to learn more. Please note if you plan to participate in any of our varsity sports, club sports, or cheerleading; you must complete two medical forms.

Housing & Food Service Contract

If you are a resident student starting classes in Spring 2023, the 22-23 Housing & Food Service Contract will be available through Self Service on The Housing Director. Direct instructions will be sent to you then.

If you are a resident student starting classes in Fall 2023, you will be notified when the 23-24 Housing & Food Service Contact will be available.

All communication from faculty and staff will be sent to your WU email account. Be sure to set up your email account as soon as possible. If you need assistance with this setup, you can contact the Helpdesk or call 724-852-3413. You can also visit the ITS tab on myConnect for more information.

Pathways Center
Know that if you need a bit of help, the Pathways Center is located in the Eberly Library.  Services include:
Education Majors Only
Any student that is planning on majoring in Education or taking an Education course is required to apply for state-mandated clearances prior to their arrival on campus.
Counseling Center
The Counseling Center provides academic, personal and career counseling to Waynesburg University students. Counseling for Waynesburg University students is free and confidential. If you have any additional question regarding the Counseling Center, please feel free to contact our office at
724-852-3233 or in room 103 of the Stover Campus Center.
 

 

Parking on Campus
Parking on campus is overseen by the WU Department of Public Safety. Freshman resident students are not permitted to have a vehicle on campus unless there are extenuating circumstamces and with prior approval. If you are a freshman resident student and have a special need for having a car on campus, please complete a Freshman Parking Permit Request Form. If you have any additional questions regarding parking, please feel free to contact the office of Public Safety at 724-852-3303.
